Lessons & Scheduling
How do I book a lesson?
You can book a lesson through the booking page by selecting your preferred lesson type, choosing a date and time, and completing the booking steps.
How do I join my lesson?
After booking, a Zoom meeting link is provided in your student dashboard. You can join the lesson by clicking the link at the scheduled time.
How are lessons conducted?
All lessons are conducted online through Zoom and supported by interactive learning tools, digital whiteboards, and visual mathematics resources.
Do I need special software?
No. Students only need a stable internet connection and access to Zoom.
Can I book lessons on a regular schedule?
Yes, Mathagoras allows you to schedule recurring lessons on a weekly basis or multiple times per week. This helps maintain consistency and supports long-term learning progress.
Can I reschedule or cancel a lesson?
Lessons can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Your tutor will recommend the most suitable learning path during the free trial lesson based on your age, academic level, and learning objectives. It is recommended to check out the details of the learning paths before purchasing a package.

Does Mathagoras offer lesson packages?
Yes. Mathagoras offers structured lesson packages designed to support consistent progress and long-term improvement for each learning path.
What package options are available?
Each learning path offers flexible package options, including:
- 5 Lessons
- 10 Lessons
- 20 Lessons
Can I choose my lesson schedule?
Yes. Students can schedule lessons according to available time slots and package availability.
Do lesson packages expire?
Yes. Package validity periods apply to ensure learning continuity. Package details are displayed before purchase. Packages expire after 90 days; lessons must be scheduled before expiry.
Can I reschedule or cancel a lesson in packages?
Lessons can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Payments & Refund
How do payments work?
When booking a lesson or purchasing a lesson package, you will first complete the booking form with your details. During the payment step, you can securely complete your purchase using a credit or debit card through our Stripe-integrated checkout system.
For most students, direct card payment is the fastest and recommended payment method. Once payment is completed successfully, your booking or package purchase is confirmed automatically.
If you require an alternative payment method, such as Alipay, GPay, Apple Pay or another supported digital wallet, please contact our support team before making your purchase. In special circumstances, we may be able to provide a secure Stripe payment link that supports additional payment options not currently available through the website checkout.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe using industry-standard encryption and security measures.

For students who require alternative payment methods such as Alipay, GPay, Apple Pay or other supported digital wallets, please contact our support team. Where available, we can provide secure payment links through our payment provider.

As a general rule, payments for completed lessons and used services are non-refundable. However, exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually by the Mathagoras team and handled fairly on a case-by-case basis.

How will I receive lesson updates and notifications?
All booking confirmations, payment receipts, and lesson details are sent to the registered email address. It is important to use an active and accessible email for communication.
Can my child learn with a friend or sibling?
Yes, Mathagoras supports small group learning sessions for siblings or friends. This option may include special pricing and offers a collaborative learning experience.
