This Payment and Refund Policy outlines the terms related to payments, lesson bookings, and refund eligibility on Mathagoras (https://mathagoras.com). By booking a lesson or purchasing a package, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Payment Methods
Payoneer Payment Request (Primary Method)
Mathagoras currently uses Payoneer Payment Requests as the primary payment method.
- After booking a lesson or package, a payment request (invoice) will be sent to your registered email address
- The request will include details such as lesson type, tutor information, and total amount
- Payments are completed securely through Payoneer using available payment options (e.g., card or supported methods)
Bookings may be considered pending or unconfirmed until payment is successfully completed.
Upcoming Payment Options
We are actively working to introduce additional payment methods, including:
- PayPal
- Direct card payments
These options will be made available soon.
2. Booking Confirmation
- Lessons and packages are confirmed only after successful payment
- Mathagoras reserves the right to cancel or decline unpaid bookings
- Payment requests should be completed within a reasonable timeframe to secure your selected time slot
3. Packages and Validity
- Lesson packages must be scheduled (booked) within 3 months from the date of purchase
- This means all sessions must be booked within the validity period, even if the actual lesson dates extend beyond it
- Booking availability depends on tutor schedules and platform availability
Unbooked lessons after the validity period may expire.
4. Rescheduling and Usage
- Lessons can be scheduled based on available time slots shown on the platform
- Students are responsible for booking their sessions within the allowed timeframe

5. Refund Policy
At this time, Mathagoras does not offer refunds for:
- Individual lesson bookings
- Lesson packages
Exceptional Cases
In limited and genuine circumstances, users may contact our support team to request a review.
- Requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- Any consideration for partial adjustments or credits is at the sole discretion of Mathagoras
- Submission of a request does not guarantee approval
6. Payment Responsibility
- Users are responsible for ensuring correct email details when booking
- Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking
- Mathagoras is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect payment information
7. Secure Transactions
All payments are processed through trusted third-party providers. Mathagoras does not store sensitive payment details such as full card information.

- The email address provided must be active and accessible, as all payment requests and booking-related communications will be sent to this email
- If a parent or guardian is making the booking, it is recommended to use the parent’s email address to ensure proper access to payment requests and lesson notifications
- Mathagoras is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or inactive contact information provided during booking
