This guide explains how to get started and what to expect throughout your learning journey.

1. Start with a Free Trial Lesson

Every new student can begin with a free trial lesson.
The trial lesson helps us:

• Understand the student’s current level
• Identify strengths and areas for improvement
• Discuss learning goals and expectations
• Recommend the most suitable learning path
• Experience our teaching approach before committing to a package

There is no obligation to continue after the trial lesson.

2. Choose Your Learning Path

Following the trial lesson, students can continue with the learning path that best suits their goals.

Young Learners’ Math Foundation

Designed for younger students building early mathematical thinking and problem-solving skills through engaging 25-minute one-on-one lessons.
Ideal for:

• Elementary and primary school students and homeschooled kids
• Building confidence in mathematics
• Developing strong foundations through fun and interactive learning

Regular Math Learning

Personalized support for students seeking consistent academic growth and long-term improvement.
Ideal for:

• School, college, and university students
• Concept mastery and homework support
• Improving grades and mathematical confidence
• Ongoing weekly learning

Math Exam Preparation

Focused coaching for major mathematics examinations.
Ideal for:

• SAT
• ACT

3. Select a Lesson Package

After choosing your learning path, select the package that best matches your learning goals.
Available package options may include:

• 5 Lessons
• 10 Lessons
• 20 Lessons

Package availability and pricing may vary depending on the learning path selected.

4. Choose Your Schedule

Select your preferred lesson dates and available time slots directly through the booking system.
Students can:

• Schedule lessons in advance
• Spread lessons across the package validity period
• Reschedule lessons when necessary
• Maintain a consistent weekly learning routine

All scheduling remains subject to tutor availability.

5. Complete Your Booking Information

During booking, you will be asked to provide:

• Full name
• Email address
• Country or location
• Student details
• Learning objectives (where applicable)

Important:

• Use an active email address
• Parents booking for children should use the parent’s email address
• Booking confirmations, lesson reminders, receipts, and important updates will be sent to this email

6. Secure Payment

Once your booking information has been completed, payment can be made securely through our Stripe-integrated checkout system.
Accepted payment methods currently include:

• Credit cards
• Debit cards
• Link by Stripe

For students who require alternative payment methods, such as Alipay, GPay, Apple Pay or other supported digital wallets, please contact our support team before purchasing. In certain circumstances, secure Stripe payment links may be provided.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe using industry-standard encryption and security measures.

7. Booking Confirmation & Student Account

After successful payment:

• Your booking or package will be confirmed automatically
• A confirmation email will be sent
• Your lessons will appear in your Student Panel
• New users will be invited to create their account password
• Returning users can access their dashboard at any time

8. Managing Your Lessons

The Student Panel allows students and parents to:

• View upcoming lessons
• Track package usage
• Access lesson schedules
• Reschedule eligible lessons
• Review booking information
• Access Zoom lesson links

9. Joining Your Lesson

All lessons are conducted online through Zoom.
Before each lesson:

• A Zoom meeting link will be available in your Student Panel
• Lesson reminders may be sent via email
• Simply click the Zoom link at the scheduled time

Your tutor will host the session and guide the lesson using interactive learning tools and digital resources.

10. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Lessons may generally be rescheduled or canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Requests made within 24 hours of the lesson may not be eligible for rescheduling and may be counted as a completed lesson.

11. Package Usage & Validity

Lesson packages are designed to support consistent learning progress.
Students should schedule and use their lessons within the package validity period displayed at the time of purchase.
Unused lessons may expire after the package validity period has ended.
